I first receive a KB931836 Setup Error:

Error says:Â Update cannot be installed as newer or same timezone update has already been installed on the system.Â Who did it?Â I didn’t.Â Was it automagically dumped on my machine by Microsoft?Â If so, when?Â Why wasn’t I informed it was done?

OhÂ well.Â I’ll look into it and report back.
