I first receive a KB931836 Setup Error:

Error says:  Update cannot be installed as newer or same timezone update has already been installed on the system.  Who did it?  I didn’t.  Was it automagically dumped on my machine by Microsoft?  If so, when?  Why wasn’t I informed it was done?

Oh  well.  I’ll look into it and report back.
